The role requires counseling and assisting patients in choosing the right hospital, best doctors, and travel related to the treatment and the disease. This role involves conversation in the language that the patient is comfortable with. The right candidate will have experience working in healthcare/hospitals in similar roles. A bilingual candidate with knowledge of the following languages besides English: Bengali, French, Arabic, Russian, Uzbek, Spanish, Amharic, Filipino, and Bahasa.
Science Graduate (Bio), BDS, BUMS, BAMS, B. Pharma, preferred.
New Delhi - IndiaManaging cash flows (inwards & outwards). 1-2 years of experience in the healthcare domain in a similar role.
B. ComNew Delhi - IndiaPromoting digital content to the right audience. Managed digital marketing campaigns, including Google & Facebook ads. Knowledge of managing SEO, Social Media Post development & promotion. Skills for developing audio/visual content, infographics, and PowerPoint presentation is a plus. 1-2 years of experience in the healthcare domain in a similar role.
Relevant Certification/TrainingNew Delhi - IndiaCreate a wide range of content types, including blog posts, health articles, whitepapers, case studies, email newsletters, website content, and social media posts. The ideal candidate possesses a passion for writing, with 1 to 2 years of relevant experience in medical content or other healthcare communications focusing on customer-facing online promotional content. Knowledge of SEO, accessibility, audio/visual content, and PowerPoint creation is a plus. A Bilingual candidate – English and Knowledge of 1+ International languages like Bengali, French, Arabic, Russian, Uzbek, Spanish, Portuguese, Amharic, Filipino, and Swahili (read/write/speak) is a plus. 1-2 years of experience. B. Pharm, BUMS, BHMS, BSc in Life Sciences discipline.New Delhi - IndiaThe role requires developing referral business through Doctors, Hospitals, Diagnostic Labs, local referring partners, etc., and managing local operations, including sales management & patient services. Minimum 5 Years of experience in sales management & business development in healthcare.
Graduation. MBA Preferred.Dhaka & Chattogram (Bangladesh), Addis Ababa (Ethiopia), Nairobi (Kenya), Jeddah (KSA), Manila (Philippines), Abuja (Nigeria), Jakarta or Surabaya (Indonesia). A local candidate (citizen by nationality) is preferred.The role requires assisting patients and caretakers during hospitalization and stay in and outside the hospitals. The right candidate will have experience working in similar roles in healthcare/hospitals & travel industry. A bilingual candidate with knowledge of any of the following languages besides English: Bengali, French, Arabic, Russian, Uzbek, Spanish, Amharic, Filipino, and Bahasa.
